I was hit by a car while legally crossing J Street. The driver's insurance initially tried to blame me for 'not being visible enough.' Jonathan would not stand for that. He gathered camera footage and witness statements to prove the driver was 100% at fault. He is a fierce advocate for pedestrian rights in Sacramento.

I don't know this industry well but I am BIG on customer service. I believe customers deserve to be educated, treated with utmost respect, be well informed, and with prompt response to requests for information. My star rating on this review was based on these criteria. The company was referred to me by a friend and the company was able to help me through the entire process of my accident claim. It has been taking longer than I expected, more than a year now since my accident, and I have yet to get my settlement payment that the insurance company paid more than 3 weeks now. I am happy that it sounded like the company will be cutting my settlement check anytime soon.
