Let me start by saying that Kathryn Haywood was a God-send to us. She was the miracle that we were praying for to help our son from a case that would have ended his entire future. Kathryn was sympathetic, listened to the facts, formulated the path forward, and acted swiftly. She was straight to the point, says it like it is, a no nonsense individual and her knowledge of the justice system is her strength. Her quick action spared us the anguish that would have tormented us through our Christmas celebration. We probably wouldn’t have much to celebrate if the case was unresolved going into the holidays. She addressed the case soon after our video call which led to a speedy resolution, within a week from our video call! Incredible! We believe she made sure that she has good news for us before Christmas, which demonstrates her dedication to her profession and her compassionate nature. No words can express our deep gratitude for her help. It was the most significant Christmas gift that we've ever received which we’ll never forget.

My charges weren't too severe however, Ms. Haywood was always attentive to my needs as a client. There was only one concern that I had, which was a delay in communication, but she made sure - while she was on vacation, mind you - exactly what to expect proceeding to my release date.
