It give me great pleasure to write this review. Honestly I hired the firm in 2009 via phone and from day 1 Lisa Segal was very responsive and caring to my needs. My case is a little different considering I'm a resident of Chicago and I needed Atlanta representation. All of my interaction with the firm was handled via phone and mail. Lisa Segal was simply wonderful she kept me in the loop every step of the way. If I had questions they were answered so I could understand, considering I know nothing about the legal world. Lawsuits are very frustrating but when you have top notch representation working for you it truly helps ease some of your worries. This firm goes over and beyond the call of duty. I didn't bother them much since I was always being informed of filings and court dates. I knew Lisa was working hard for me! I must say I grew anxious and was often questioned "how is your case going"? They haven't paid you yet which only escalated my frustration.
