We engaged this firm believing our matter would be a routine small claims issue. That was the understanding communicated at the outset. Clients rely on their attorneys to set realistic expectations about complexity, cost, and process. The level of effort and billing expanded significantly beyond what was understood, turning into a much more involved process without clear alignment or warning about how costs were growing.

Dont hire this guy Jeff and his team. They just want to bill you for things that are unjust, and lie about the process. No confidence they know what they are going. Feels like a bait and switch.

I reached out to the Keller Law Group to help bring closure to my FA case. Jeff put Mrs. Carls on my case who didn’t do a thing besides charge me a ton of $$$ to set temporary orders. I’ve done more representing myself in 2 appearances than Krista did in 7 months. If you value your time with your children.. plz find other representation than this group of jokers. Your effort towards my case was way below what should be acceptable.

Watching my husband go through with what should have been a simple recalculation of child support for one more year of child support has turned into a circus with no result. My husband had a lot of faith in Jeff and instead we are 10k in the hole within 6 months…. How does that even happen? - your guess is as good as mine. I was witness to him sending and resending and resending the documents that were requested. There was continuance after continuance monthly for approx 5 months…..and a particular motion he was told would be put in, never was. My husband had one in person visit and 1 phone call with his lawyer and somehow that tagged up to 10k. So charged by the email lol?, who knows…. But there was a lot of resending of documents. There was a complaint (we later found out) that it was an issue my husband was sending pay stubs one at a time from his phone— Well- if you tell him to get those in ASAP, then there should be some understanding that the man is at work on a job site, not sitting at a computer able to send perfect PDFs. Bottom line, this has devastated us and is still ongoing!! Laughable.

I had been dealing with several lawyers with no good results, experiencing gaslighting and exploitation by OC without strong representation. I somehow stumbled on the Keller Group website. It was life changing. Jeff called me back and said "keep cool man" and assured me things would get better. He shared his personal cell number if I needed anything - he sensed how stressed and nervous I was about the fast-approaching motions in two counties. I knew this guy had my back. As of today, we've won every single motion that Keller Group has represented me and my family. This team is professional, through and committed. Please be careful before you call this firm. I have been calling around for the past couple of days to get legal advice of something that should be very simple to get dismissed. I don't remember the lawyer's name that I spoke with but he was very rude and obnoxious. My biggest pet peeve is when a lawyer cuts you off, doesn't listen, then later claims you didn't share information with them that was important. I specifically said, I'm calling because I need "X" type of lawyer to defend "X" case, why don't you tell me what info you need and I can give you facts so I'm not wasting your time. He replied with go ahead and tell me what happened and why this order was filed against you. I start to explain and within 30 seconds he interrupted me multiple times saying, you need to let me talk and you answer questions, you can't just talk and talk. Are you serious right now?? You literally just asked me to explain the situation and then proceeded to cut me off and not let me speak. He then asks a short amount of questions not even pertaining to the order itself and then says his fee. I've talked to 3 other very respectful lawyers and he is literally charging double and triple what they charge. I immediately said, obviously this won't work and hung up. My god, some lawyers need to get rid of that god like complex because you sir were extremely rude and completely unhelpful on a case that I've been told will be easily dismissed. Anyone looking for a lawyer from this firm, look elsewhere. Rude and Obnoxious, plain and simple.

I want to say something to important to me about this Keller legal services they are so professional very friendly and they really care about their clients I just want to say thank you Krista and Emily for all your hard work and Jeff is very kind and professional to all ways answer any questions and help me out with everything we need I hope you guys be blessed because you are the best god bless you and thank you again

Jeff Keller is the best attorney I have ever worked with. He and his associates are very professional and respectful while achieving an outstanding result. This lawyer was unable to deal with a case of abusive mother with OP against her. The case was done so unprofessional that she got the majority of kids time, despite being homeless and jobless. Lawyer was unable to send appropriate documents on time, file simple motions and the case was lost. May be all of that was staged and they just had a deal with opposite side.
