Unprofessional!!

I was never a client of this firm, yet they recklessly exposed my credit card information and medical records in discovery materials. Adobe confirmed (Case #109032) that this disclosure violated their Terms of Use—a finding that underscores the firm’s blatant disregard for data security and privacy compliance. What makes this worse is that the transmission occurred via Adobe Acrobat Cloud, which is not a court-approved e-service platform under Georgia’s Uniform Superior Court Rules. The firm failed to follow basic compliance protocols and didn’t even appear to understand them. Transmitting sensitive third-party data without consent or procedural authorization is not just negligent it’s indefensible. This mishandling of highly sensitive information was entirely unrelated to the underlying case. It reflects a serious breach of duty, professionalism, and ethics. After counsel flagged this review for removal, Google conducted a manual factual review and reinstated it in full.

Kristin, Erin, Tyler, and Brittany are great at their jobs and very thorough! Kevin was a killer in the courtroom, and very well prepared due to the hard work of his staff. I highly recommend this firm when you need someone to have your back.

Kelly Holloway is the best estate planning attorney in the area. I have used her and her firms services for many years. Kelly and team are available when I need to meet and very helpful when I need to adjust my estate plans every couple years since life undoubtedly always changes. I hear her name often from other professionals in the area which means my positive experiences are not unique. I feel comforted each time after working with Kelly and the EHDH estate planning team. If you have any will or estate planning needs I highly recommend getting on their list. Kelly and the EHDH estate planning team are very good at what they do which results in them remaining busy. That being said, I would never in a million years consider rushing to a different estate planner who could fit me in "tomorrow" just to quickly draft me a poor quality product that would not hold up to challenge. The products and services Kelly and team output are comparable to Stonehenge; they will remain strong forever.

I had Kelly Holloway do a will for me. She did an excellent job. Unfortunately when I called her back a couple years later with a question she was not available, she had a unpenetrable secretarial wall in place to limit access to her. Will her product was good it seems like after she gets paid she does hot feel a need to provide any support.
