Excellent Lawyer – Highly Recommended! Kelso Law firm did an outstanding job handling my dentist lawsuit. The lawyer and stuff were professional, responsive, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Initially I just wanted to get my truck fixed after my wreck and move on. Karen and Alma helped me slow down and got me what I deserved, not just settle. Seamless and quick, I thank them both.

After a slip and fall in Dec 2023, I retained Rhiannon Kelso and team for counsel after a convincing conversion she had the capability and bandwidth to handle my case. Over the last 2 years while her team has worked the case, I was reached out to answer the same questions multiple times, in Summer of 2025 parties were included in the lawsuit without my knowledge or any communication from her team (Allegedly, this had to happen legally but they never communicated to me and the person involved happened to be a family friend.) Upon expressing my concern and disappointment with not being communicated with, she expressed she understood why I was annoyed and apologized. Fast forward to March 2023, I had a call scheduled with Ms. Kelso in which I again expressed my frustration as I am starting a new job, have a probationary period and expressed I was unwilling to risk my work opportunity after being unemployed for six months for a half day deposition. Especially when my schedule has been flexible and openly available the last six months. Upon expressing my stance on why I am unwilling to compromise, Ms. Kelso raised her voice, got a nasty tone and proceed to say that “I am a problem, always angry with her and she wants to withdrawal wl as my counsel.” I explained that as her client I have the right to feel a certain way about the progress and lack of communication between legal teams surrounding my case and that if this was a health lawyer/client relationship, I should be able to express that without her taking it personal as these are things that need to be addressed for me to feel confident as a client. She stated this is the second time I have felt this way and she will not give me an opportunity to feel this way a third time and wants to dismiss me as her client. I again explained that’s her prerogative and obliged.
