We hired Mr. Kemp because our daughter got a speeding ticket on a residential road going allegedly 25 miles over. It’s our first speeding ticket ever in our family so we weren’t sure what to do especially since she’s only 17 and our Life360 stated what her speed was which didn’t match the ticket. He helped us fight it and we were lucky enough to get it deferred with a couple of requirements. We are now done and submitted paperwork to the courts. Hoping it all goes through smoothly so we can move on from this! Thank you Jeff Kemp for your help and guidance!

He was on my company’s network of lawyers so I called him to inquire about adoptions and immediately took my case and my money in October 2021. I turned in the documents needed for the case on November 2021, I called multiple times to ask about the next steps and I didn’t get an answer until I filed a complaint. My company said he wasn’t listed as family law and shocked that he took my case. He convinced me to keep him instead of hiring someone else. Moving forward, we got the court date set and the judge approved the adoption. I was told that his office will get me several copies of the certified documents, but after a month of waiting, nothing happened. I called and his paralegal Ashley every week to ask for the status, but couldn’t get me an answer. I went to the courthouse myself and they said the judge hasn’t signed the final document and that only Ashley or someone from Mr. Kemp’s office can request it. I called to let Mr. Kemp know, but he said Ashley quit and I quote, he said “I don’t know the ins and outs of how to go from here.” I asked him to go to the courthouse and request to unseal the case because he’s the only one authorized to do so and he told me , “you’ll have to hire another lawyer. Good luck.” I paid another lawyer to pick up where his office left off and found out that Kemp Law Firm had other documents that he didn’t even submit. He hires paralegals to do the work because he doesn’t know how to do it. However for some reason, his paralegals keeps quitting on him. He went through 3 paralegals from the time I hired him from my case up to the time he told me good luck. I was going to hire him for 2 other cases, but better to go somewhere else.

Never have I ever came across such an unprofessional lawyer. She shows no regards in her clients if she’s not getting paid but took the job to be a Court appointed lawyer; . She waited until the day before our Pretrial to get information from my wife ; the witness and she had since may 5 to let myself and wife know what we needed to provide to her; instead of hearing from her a day or 2 later, we literally heard from her at 730 pm the day before pretrial, (June 5) 1 month later. I’ve never been more disgusted and disappointed in a lawyer. Then she tried to bring my line of work and compare it to hers; I work in the (medical optical field) and doctors would never treat patients the way she treated us as clients. Rethink dealing with this woman. When I tried to mediate she just hung up in my face. Then even made a comment about how she could be getting paid rather than doing this line of work. Which is fine; but if this is what you chose to do in your professional line of work, you should major in something else miss kemp, bc this was the worst youve done by far. And your reputation won’t go far in being this way to people who are trying to clear their name and have all the proof to do so. You’d think this case was open and close. Just disgusting. I wouldn’t trust her even if you had the substantial evidence to prove yourself innocent. On top of it all- she’s rude, not ever on time and totally non communicative. If she’s not getting paid; she won’t do the work and won’t fight as hard - her words specifically.

Mr. Kemp is very thorough going over questions and details with your case file. You can see and hear he has a wealth of experience and knowledge, a real professional. I was very glad to work with him.

We enjoyed Nadia - she was a great assistant to deal with. Communication between the firm and us was great. It is a slow process, but I think that is the case in every case - especially when COVID pops up in the middle of it. Mr Kemp is knowledgeable. What I didn't care for was the system - we took the absolute honest way out and felt cheated in the end. We should have taken Mr Kemps advice to use doctors that he provides recommendations for rather than using insurance. Your settlement is based on medical expenses and no credit is given for taking the most affordable way out and doing everything as if you were spending your own money. We just wanted to keep our normal doctors and confidence in those doctors. But in the end, it definitely weakened the value of the case. Overall, I probably wouldn't use them again, but we were happy with our results and their service.

I had been rear ended hard back in the beginning of 2018 which totaled my vehicle and injured my neck. The person who hit me's insurance wouldn't even give me enough to cover the medical expenses I had already accrued, or repairs/replacement of my truck, and they wouldn't provide me a rental. So I contacted Mr.Kemp and he persistently battled with them for a year and got me the coverage I needed as well as plenty of compensation. Thanks Mr. Kemp!
