Extremely unprofessional. After I told him about my case he !!!!!!!blackmailed!!!!!!! me into giving him a higher percentage than in the written contract. I fired him. He proceeded with MY lawsuit and took my money without my consent after I fired him!

I was looking forward to working with Mr. Covell after I was referred to him. My experience was horrifying, however, as I began to realize how disorganized and unpredictable he was. I prepared documents to help him understand my position and details regarding my case. The first time I dropped them off for him to review, he claimed I never provided to him. The next time, he barely read them in preparation for my mediation. He showed up to the zoom mediation as he was vacationing in Florida, extremely unprofessional. He acted as if he truly had better things to do than help me save my future. Again, horrifying. Lazy, rude, and almost cost me my business and my future. I don't like to leave negative reviews, but please proceed with caution when working with this firm.

Everytime I went to the office, during business hours, *random times*, the office was locked. They have a little mailbox that payments can be dropped in but in that neighborhood- no thanks. I have even waited through a lunch time waiting to see if "maybe they open after lunch at 1230", then waited still "maybe its 1pm when they open back up"... still locked. I even watched as another person pulled in, tried the door, and left. They either need to have the office open when their website says they are open or update their hours. People just want to make payments, trying to give you money! .. just be open during business hours! Please!

Mr. Covell's knowledge of the Law is what impressed me the most. He was kind and friendly when I was explaining my situation. He made me feel that I was not alone and that he was going to help see me thought my dilemma. I remember Ken saying "You focus on your life I will focus on this case." He held true to that statement. Not only does Ken know the law he knows the Judges and DA's. The outcome of my case was better than any of my exceptions. I would recommend using Ken to any one of my friends and family for ANY of their legal needs. Thank you Ken!

Very good layer kept me up to date on everything that concerned me and very well priced compared to other lawyers in the area that had less experience.

wanted to charge EIGHT HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS to represent me for a $150 SPEEDING TICKET!!! not even a reckless driving or anything, just a standard 10 over on the freeway ticket!
