I want to thank Tom Kenney for taking my dog bite case on a short notice. I ask Tom for advice about my case that another lawyer had for a year. my dog bite happen on 5-25-2022 so my timeframe was running out soon. Tom advice me he will call my lawyer and inform him I have concerns my case is not moving forward. After that call Tom told me give them time to see if they making any progress with the case and if not he would take the case and try to get the best result with a timeframe expiry soon. The fact that Tom settle the case fast and to my satisfaction gave me relief the statute of limitations didn't run out on my case.
