KVP represented a HOA that was not even registered with the state of Florida. They did zero due diligence and illegally forced me to engage in mediation with an entity that was not legitimate. I have all the documents detailing the events. Needless to say it was a serious waste of everyone’s time but they got their money. Stay far away from these clowns.

Great device. Joanne Marchese was amazing to work with. Extraordinarily patient. Proactive. My loan officer refused to work with anyone directly. Joanne worked through this roadblock with grace. She overcame massive roadblocks put there by people who just weren’t doing their jobs. I plan to use her firm again in the future.
