Before being introduced to Klein and Wilson, my wife and I had hired a large national law firm to represent us but it became clear that our case was not a top priority for that well-respected large law firm. As part of due diligence to find a new firm to represent us, we interviewed about 10 different lawyers. We selected Mark Wilson due to his communication skills, suggested approach to our case, and reasonable fees relative to LA-based lawyers. After Mark and his team quickly got up to speed on our case, they were always several steps ahead of the defendant’s litigation team. This proactiveness significantly contributed to the defendant settling the case versus being outlawyered in the court room with a risk of fraud charges. Most of my life, I have been the one pushing others to complete tasks and exceed expectations; however, I was able to take a back seat with Mark and his team driving the freight train toward the defendant.
