I was referred to this attorney because I was seeking assistance in a possible dental malpractice case. When I initially spoke to Mr. Koerner about my situation he had referred me to the Atlantic Florida Dental, Inc. to get a second opinion on the work that had been done by Affordable Dentistry of South Florida. After immediately following up with the dentist he had referred me to, Dr. Meskin and another specialist who worked with Dr. Meskin, I was advised by Mr. Koerner that I did indeed had a case after learning from Dr. Meskin all the damage that had been done to my gums and teeth by the previous dentist. Mr. Koerner explained to me that due to covid and some restrictions finally being lifted with the court system that it would not be a quick process, which I clearly understood. What he did not explain was that in order for him to represent me as stated, that I had to follow through with seeking service from the dental practice that he referred me to. After Mr. Koerner expressing his disdain from all the other complaints he had previously received from the same dental practice, it gave me a little peace of mind, if not anything else that I had someone that was going to make sure this dentist didn't hurt anyone else. He had seemed eager to take on this the dental practice, and I was just as eager to see that this particular dentist did not do anymore harm to anyone, as he had done to me! I have never met Mr. Koerner because he stopped answering my calls. I didn't understand why because I did every thing that he asked me to do and only called him to update him on whatever it was that he asked me to do to help my case. I can't say whether Mr. Koerner is a good lawyer, or not. What I can say is that professional integrity is something that is very hard to come by in these times. You try so hard to put your trust in the hands of people who have sworn to be for the people, by the people, and to protect the people, yet all that seems to really matter is whether something will be profitable. After being told that I did have a case, I guess it wasn't profitable enough for Mr. Koerner to take on. I just wish that he was professional enough to return my call and tell me that. Overall, I do wish him very well with his practice and I pray that he whether it's profitable, or not, that he finally takes on this dental practice that he has also stated has done so much harm to so many people. That you cannot put a price on!
