Worst lawyer you could hire. Sent me an email which I can document and prove to anyone, they decided their firm needed more money due to economics so they asked for an additional $1,500 retainer and tripled my hourly rate. They will change their prices the moment you sign a contract. Beware!!!!

I was looking to use them for a guardianship of my daughter who turns 18 with a special needs child that can make decisions on her own when I asked him how much it was they told me $5,000 off the bat that's way too much money I need to do something better I don't have that kind of money to spend $5,000 especially in this economy day in age

My husband and I were planning to complete documents related to living wills, etc., and we contacted the office of Korshak & Associates. Right from the start, we were treated with professionalism and full dedication. (The total cost of services was reasonable as well.) Erin, Karina, and Stacey showed that they cared about our needs, and were extremely helpful in answering all our questions and providing orientation on all the corresponding documents.
