Krieger & Krieger, A Law Corporation

Over 3 years ago I found Krieger & Krieger on google because I did not know where to go, or what to do after being terminated. I did not even know for sure if I had a case and if anyone would listen to me let alone take me. After the first meeting with Lawrence Cagney, and he told me i had a case I felt heard, and i felt seen for the first time! Lawrence Cagney has handled my case with the upmost respect and care. I put all my trust in him, and he never think twice about it. Krieger and Krieger have been fighting for me for over 3 years and never backed down!! And I am blessed to have had Krieger and Krieger, Lawrence Cagney especially, be the ones in the forefront fighting for me!! Thank you!!

I called Krieger & Krieger almost 3 years ago, just lost and confused over my termination, not even sure what had happened. The receptionist connected me to Laura P. Birnbaum fought for me when no one else would, but if it hadn't been for Laura I wouldn't even have pursued this case. My partner and I hired Linda and her firm after being sued under terrible conditions due to a fraudulent case. We hoped that since there was no probable cause, they could get the case dismissed early or settle for as little as possible. After running through our 10K retainer in little to no time, we had to get new representation (which they managed to get a settlement 300% less than what Linda got us). It was a 2 million dollar lawsuit and the new representation settled it for $3,000. I was shocked to find that Krieger & Krieger continued billing us for months for reasons we didn't understand (which we ended up paying). Although I had high expectations from this firm because they seemed to care, it was proven that they were only after our money.

I had the pleasure of meeting Linda under not the best circumstances. She was very professional and knowledgeable and put me at ease right away. Of course this process in its very nature seemed to go on forever, but we had a positive outcome. I saw how hard she worked for me and how hard my Department was pushing back. Unfortunately I saw a lot of people in my Department show how little integrity they have. I lost a lot of respect for the process and faith in the upper command staff after all was said and done. A lot of bending the truths and forgetfulness while in the hot seat. Integrity seemed to go out the window while they were testifying. But Linda did her research and was able to show discrepancies and in some areas some real stretching of the truth. All in all we got our day in court and were victorious. I am glad I went with Krieger and Krieger and I'm happy to now call Linda a friend and not just my attorney.

They are simply the best. Everyone who works at the office is super helpful. I cannot praise them enough!
