Prior to working with Beth, I had been attempting to create this myself using "do-it-yourself" instructions, but I continued to hesitate due to uncertainty on my part. I'm at the age where estate planning has become essential. I researched online for various entities to help me with this important task. I had ALMOST decided on a lawyer who has his face plastered all over Tucson. That was until I looked deeper into his online presence and found a picture he had posted of him and his wife with Clarence Thomas with the caption "such a good man". OH H*** NO!!! Continued my search and found Beth Kruchek and I'm so glad I did. Very easy to talk to. She explained all the intricacies involved in Trusts, wills, etc that would be part of my estate planning. After all the paperwork was completed we arranged a meeting to get all the signatures. That meeting turned out to be quite a bit of fun. I highly recommend Beth for any estate planning you need. And all that was done at what I consider to be a very fair price. I'm glad I found her and even happier I dug a bit deeper into that OTHER lawyer.
