I had the pleasure of meeting Mr Krumbein after he took our case. Where there was little hope, he took our case and now things are looking much better. He is the type of lawyer that seems to be more "HANDS ON" and is very approachable. If I need to talk with him about things that are going on within our case, he's more than willing to take the time to speake with me. Update Our community went through litigation for two years or more only to get to the end of our case and have the judge rule against us stating the statute of limitations had ran out and she dismissed our lawsuit. It’s heart hardening and most importantly unfair to see what the City of Jacksonville could do to an entire community by building homes on a former landfill when it’s in black and white in the county records that nothing was to be rebuilt on that land for 50 yrs after they closed Golfbrook Apts and demolished most of the apartments. They lied about so many things and any lawyer or judge that was willing to hear our case and give a fair ruling would be pulled off our case and we would have to start over with new counsel. Every time we would get a judge that was going to be fair, the city would take that judge off our case and give us another one until we got to that last judge. During the hearings she showed favoritism towards the defense and would look at us and snarl. Her facial expression would change every time she looked at us. She stayed on the case until it was over. She did exactly what they needed her to do. How can they try a case for years and get to the end of the case and say the statutes of limitations ran out. When a lawyer takes a case, that’s one of the first things they are going to check. A lot of palms were greased in this lawsuit and I wouldn’t be surprised if it was on both sides. Things didn’t add up. All praise to the most high, I was able to leave the state of Florida.

Attorney Krumbein and I attended law school together. We have kept up with each other’s legal careers since, so when my mother was involved in an automobile accident, I knew exactly who I would recommend to handle her personal injury case. At first, she was reluctant because she believed, as so many people do, the insurance company of the at fault party and her insurer would take care of her and she would not need an attorney. Unfortunately, this is not often the case. After the at fault party’s claim was settled my mother began to get the run around from her insurance company and she retained Attorney Krumbein. Jack was referred to me by my long time friend and Chiropractor due to injuries from a car accident that happened June 19, 2021. After speaking one time over the phone I quickly realized he was willing to go out of his way to not only help with anything needed, but he was always very encouraging to walk you through any emotions coming up in dealing with delays, injuries, pain and the unexpected situations that seem to arise during the accident proceedings. So I imagine his character speaks for himself in his relationships he’s built, but also his ability to get each job done Efficiently in a timely manner. He was also willing to answer questions any time and never made me feel as if I was a burden when I needed assistance with things on my end I had to get done for our case. Everything was well documented, organized & smooth. I didn’t really know what to expect hiring a lawyer for a car accident case, but he was worth hiring because he made things much easier to go through the steps of how to navigate the injuries, totaled car & what to plan for in the future. I definitely recommend him for hire and all around he’s a good human being, so having someone trustworthy around that is willing to stand by you in hard times helps you feel protected in a vulnerable state as you get to the finish line of the case. His education, wisdom and knowledge helped get things done in just about 7 months or so and as I healed physically, he was able to work behind the scenes to take care of the legalities of dealing with doctors and insurance companies for settlements.
