This attorney is negligent. He took my estate case, which I asked him to try and negotiate with my sister's attorney because we are 50/50 trustees, he said he recommended removing my sister as trustee, because she had basically claimed almost the entire estate as her own. I asked him to try and settle because I did not want to cause WW3 in our family. Throughout everything I never was copied on emails or any correspondence with my sister's attorney. Then 2 months later I finally agree to have him remove her as trustee and then he finally writes up a tentative settlement agreement (which is what I asked for in the first place) which I have no idea if he even sent my sister's lawyer because I never got copied on correspondence. Then he drops the ball again after that. He ghosted me for two months of which I called and emailed every week, set up an appointment that he didn't show up for, finally he calls me and says again he is going to try and remove my sister as trustee. I followed up the following week to see if he did that, and he gives me a convoluted story about how the trust is set up, which I know is untrue to stall for more time of doing nothing. I screenshot the paragraph of the trust that contradicts his story and emailed it to him, then two days later he sends me an invoice and a letter saying he "doesn't have the resources to handle my case" So I am out over $6000 for him to lie to me, ghost me, and do absolutely nothing but waste my time. Scott Kuhn has zero integrity and is possibly mentally ill. (Apparently he has no paralegals either) I will be reporting him to the Florida Bar for scamming me taking my retainer, and charging me ridiculous fees and never giving me proof of any correspondence. Stay far away from this one!

I contacted Scott's office on the advice of my banker. He handled the restatement of my parents trust while my mother was alive, as well as the necessary legal matters after her passing with professionalism and compassion. Everything was completed in a timely manner. I recommend Scott and his staff unequivocably.

Four months ago my husband and I retained Scott Kuhn to handle an estate matter where time was of the essence. By the third month of no action taken, we became concerned. Set up two conference calls in a row to get a status update and were rescheduled the first time, and then left standing by waiting for a call for an hour and a half to learn that Scott wasn't even in the building and would need to reschedule again. We asked for our file and were returned our work product going into month 4 he drafted an email! to us saying we didn't have much of a case. Meanwhile we needed representation at a meeting and Scott failed to return our calls. We were completely abandoned and his neglect damaged our bargaining strength. Have consulted 3 different attorneys who think the case has merit and all willing to get to work! Regret the day we retained Scott- who has ghosted our request for return of our retainer- Not an unreasonably harsh critic of other attorneys because I am one - but this man took my money and did absolutely nothing. I fell for his good reviews- I hope you don't!

We would highly recommend attorney Scott Kuhn. After speaking with his legal staff who were very pleasant and professional a free consultation was scheduled.We spoke on the phone with Attorney Kuhn about possibly pursuing a lawsuit. He took his time and after listening to the details he felt we might have a case and asked us to sent supporting documentation so he could review it. We signed a retainer and sent the required fee. After reviewing the documents Attorney Kuhn called us to say he thought that the cost and time may not be beneficial for us, but, if we chose to go forward he would support our decision. After discussing our options we decided not to pursue the lawsuit. He said he would be returning our full retainer. We said he should keep some money as he did spend time looking over and discussing our options. He said he would not. It was so refreshing to come across an honest lawyer! First met him when I was networking for Fifth Third bank. Great guy great office Then I had him rework my trust. He would be my top pick for any litigation.

I recently contact Scott Kuhn to discuss what would amount to a possible legal action with regards to a family Will. He patiently walked me through the Pros and Cons of my desire to not get cheated. I have been trying to get someone to help me with a trustee problem and it's seems that the free consultation I have been told to email my concers I would think that someone would want to either represent are tell me that I don't have a case and don't waist my time unless you are not in a hurry.
