My filings were not done properly for my Texas business. Better off using attorney in your state because rules vary state to state. Mail forwarding and register agents services difficult to cancel. Staff seems overwhelmed takes long to get documents back you paid for. I referred a friend to get his LLC set up with KKOS for his rental homes and he had said experience. Overall Lawyers are knowledgeable but for prices that's being charged too many oversights
