Law firm representative was friendly, knowledgeable and sympathetic. She explained the process clearly, what medical costs would be covered and what my portion of the final settlement would be. Thorough and professional. JGG.
Jenny was so kind to me when I called. She was very empathetic and took so much weight off of my shoulders immediately. I just went through a terrible incident and now I know a caring and very experienced team will be taking care of the situation from here on out so I can focus on getting healed up. She guided me through the simple steps, what to expect and emailed me a simple form. That was it. I was assured I could contact her anytime with any questions that might pop up and I know she meant it. Wonderful.
