My family hired Lance for our family's immediate proceeding hearing in 2009 and were faced with very little time to take quick action. His work was successful and we won our cases! The payment plan was awesome and very much appreciated too. He cares about his clients and his team are very alert to emails.

Bryan, I'm surprised by your comments. The second time you hired me we got the I-130 approved and we had filed the appropriate waiver and we were waiting for that to be approved when YOU called me and asked to have the waiver rescinded, which we did. How can you claim there was no result when it was you who ended your case? Also, I believe I responded to every email you ever sent me and did it in a timely, professional manner. I'm sorry you feel your second experience wasn't as good as your first. I think we could have won your case had you continued with it.

Hmm. Took too long ( 1year and 5 months) for a simple phone call and this office unresponsive until I kept pestering for updates. Just my humble opinion though. Had I not complained, this office would not have given anything. hahaha

This seems to be a repeating theme with these reviews. I have checked my files and I don't have any clients name "Connie". So, are you a real client or just a troll? You don't mention what type of case you had and you don't mention if it was ultimately completed successfully. I will note that, currently, almost any process involving the Immigration Service that is completed in 1 year and 5 months is actually quite extraordinary. Most of the services offered by CIS at anywhere from 3 to 7 years behind, so completing yours in only 1 year and 5 months is actually quite proficient. <br><br>I would love to talk to you more about this and understand what problems you experienced with us because we are always looking to improve our service. My assistant was a licensed attorney in her home country and she's been with me for more than 12 years. In that time she's helped something like 3500 people to get their Legal Residency and countless more to become US citizens. Very very bad receptionist. We e called 5 times and she can hardly speak English, and disconnects the call. Very disappointed.

Andrea, I'm sorry you had such a poor experience. My receptionist does indeed speak mostly Spanish because 99% of my clientele are native Spanish speakers. Typically, if we get an English-only speaker she will immediately transfer you to our paralegal who speaks fluent English. I'm sorry this didn't happen in your case. I'm hoping that people will see how silly this review is. Luis, you are angry because I refused to take your case. I was unaware that lawyers are obliged to accept every potential client that walks through the door. You also don't provide any context. You had a criminal case that was pending for many months. You already had an attorney and you were already set to go to trial. I refused to take your case because no judge would have allowed me to step in at such a late stage and I would have had no time to adequately prepare. If you wanted me to represent you, you should have come in months ago when you were first charged rather than waiting for the very end. <br><br>I hope people see how stupid this comment is. Luis, you are angry because I refused to take your case. I didn't know that lawyers are required to take on every potential client that walks through the door. You also don't provide any context. You had a criminal case that was pending for many months. I already had a lawyer and was ready to go to trial. I declined to take his case because no judge would have allowed me to intervene at such a late stage, and I wouldn't have had time to prepare properly. I wholeheartedly recommend this team of lawyers. They fulfilled all my obligations and demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism and commitment throughout my entire immigration process. They were always attentive, answered my questions, and made me feel supported every step of the way. Without a doubt, they are the best, and I would trust them again without hesitation.
Our experience with this law office has been extremely disappointing. From the beginning, the receptionists and front desk staff were consistently rude and dismissive. Every time we called or visited in person, we were met with bad attitudes and unhelpful responses. They often acted as if our questions were an inconvenience, which made an already stressful immigration process even more frustrating. Another major issue was that we were never allowed to speak directly with the lawyer handling our case. No matter how important our concerns were, the receptionists always acted as a barrier, refusing to connect us or even pass along clear information. This lack of communication and basic courtesy made us feel ignored and disrespected. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this office to anyone seeking reliable and respectful service.
