Starting off I would say Langley and Banack is the type of firm to take on your case without actually keeping up with it. It seems over extending themselves to any case just to charge for it is their approach. Upon initially meeting with Bill Sommers he reassured me that he would Do everything possible to ensure I received the claim I was owed. However, he passed my case along to his associate, Thomas Lillibridge, almost immediately. I was left to receive and forward all court notifications to L&B of which I was still charged for filing, though I essentially was doing their job for them. Of course there are the countless instances that I'd reach out to my counsel for updates to which I was always promptly notified that they were working on a much bigger, much more important case. To top it off, after numerous attempts to communicate with my attorney via phone and email, I resorted to dropping in to the office for an update. It apparently made Mr. Sommers quite angry that I did so and he repeatedly exclaimed to me that I shouldn't have stopped by. After resolving the issue with him. I was left to making him aware of the all details regarding my case, that I paid him to manage for me. After numerous attempts to communicate with a board member in regard to the management of my case I am left to leaving this review after paying the tab for all the work I did for them. It quickly became very clear that neither I nor my case were of their slightest priority. I hope all their potential clients read this review and forego making the same mistake I did in entrusting Langley and Banack with their representation.
