Great firm!! The process from beginning to end was pristine!! I would definitely recommend this from for business litigation as well as estate planning. I experienced favorable outcomes and experiences related to both matters!!
We did estate planning with Charles Vega and the experience was wonderful. Seamless from beginning to end. AND more affordable than other firms I had looked into.
Mr Vega spent some time with me yesterday during my consult. I found him to be personable, professional and willing to understand the circumstances. While we are not sure if it's a slam dunk, he's the only one that has given me hope regarding my situation. That's enough to warrant a high review. I appreciate him caring enough to listen.

I was referred to this office by the The Florida Bar for a potential consultation. When I contacted the office to request an appointment with an attorney, the senior staff member who answered the call dismissed my request and did not allow me the opportunity to speak with or schedule a consultation with an attorney, despite my express request to do so. Additionally, during the conversation, she stated that I would have to pay $5,000, in a manner that I perceived as dismissive and discourteous. I felt that my inquiry was not handled professionally and that I was not afforded a fair opportunity to discuss my matter with counsel.

Let's be clear you are not a client and you made an initial inquiry. As I mentioned yes we do offer free consultations for the type of cases we would accept. Yes we do provide initial thoughts and advice within the limited 30 minute time frame, but at this point it can only be based on what the caller provides as the caller is not a client yet. If the caller becomes a client we would then perform a deep dive into the case. Your consultation will include:<br>• Up to 30 minutes with an attorney.<br>• Discussion of general legal concepts relevant to your issue.<br>• Assessment of whether your issue has a potential legal remedy.<br>• Initial evaluation of the potential viability of your case.<br>• Determination of whether our firm can accept your case or if a referral to another attorney is appropriate.<br>• Recommended steps our firm would take if a viable case to address your issue.<br>• Estimated cost and timeline for resolution.<br><br>Note: Some issues may be resolved within the 30-minute consultation, resulting in no further action.<br>Here it may be both a case of misunderstanding and a training opportunity for the intake employee who is new. When they say they're going to call you back they don't and then when you write I Google review they come back with a ridiculous response that makes no sense.

Let's be clear. You are not a client. You requested a free consultation and we scheduled a free consultation. We sent you an email confirming the consultation and what to expect during the consultation. We sent email reminders of the consultation. We called at the scheduled day and time and you did not answer (no show). We followed up with an email outlining our no show policy. You called again and we scheduled a 2nd consultation. We sent an email confirming the 2nd consultation and sent reminder emails of that 2nd consultation. We called and again at the scheduled day and time and you did not answer, 2nd no show. At this point this is not a good fit therefore we ask that you contact another attorney. We wish you the best.

Called to schedule a consultation. I spoke to a Rosemary on the phone and received an email to confirm that consultation. The day of the consultation I waited on a phone call after 30 minutes of waiting I called them and they said I didn't answer the phone. They repeated back a number and they had the wrong number. Rosemary said that they couldn't do the consultation today and rescheduled me. The second time I never received a phone call and 12 minutes after not receiving the phone call I called them. Rosemary said they tried calling and, there was nothing they could do, they would not offer the consultation any longer.

Upon scheduling, all details are verified verbally and followed up with a formal confirmation email; we kindly ask that any cancellations or requests to reschedule be handled via a direct phone call. Because our attorneys’ schedules are built specifically around these appointments, we allow for only one rescheduled consultation following a missed appointment. If a second "no-show" occurs, we will be unable to offer further appointments and will respectfully ask that you seek legal counsel from another firm. We didnt end up using this firm simply because we no longer needed representation, but should we need them in the future, we will most definitely use. Matt was particularly helpful and he helped us get all the information we needed without jumping through a million people like the other firms we consulted.
