Andrew re-did an outdated living trust for my mother here recently. Did a wonderful job of explaining and guiding us through it all. Made a beautiful binder and Priority Mailed it to her in a couple days. Update: April 11 2024: Andy just did my wife and my living trust. Such a relief having that done. Andy was referred to my dad by a good friend over ten years ago to help with his trust and estate planning. I initially assisted my parents in starting the process of creating their living trust. Andy Fessler created a new trust for me as I was in the process of divorce. Everything got done -- medical directive, powers of attorney, an interim will until the trust is funded -- quickly and efficiently. He arranged a notarized signing and provided me with a binder holding paper copies and a digital copy of all the documents. In a time of enormous stress, he was straightforward and compassionate, and getting the trust and estate planning done took a huge load off my mind. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
