They saved my mothers house from going to auction which was great but other than that I was mostly in the dark about everything I caught him in lies pushy about signing papers without reading what I'm signing. He had me come in the office to sign papers and I asked him if I can get copies of what I signed and he said HEY ! YOU'RE LUCKY I SAVED YOUR HOUSE FROM GOING TO AUCTION SO JUST SIGN! And the real estate agent we had lied so many times to me and I can go on and on but what a nightmare glad it's over. When it was all done he didnt even show up at the bank he sent the secretary and when the banker went to show me the checks he stopped her from showing them and then it got real secretive and I received two checks adding up to $3500. During this whole probate I had been talking to another probate attorney and he kept telling me to fire them but I knew it would slow down everything but I did learn alot about probate TRUST should be the main factor! After I wrote this review I started reading and low and behold I found the realestate agent that he knew nothing about ASHLEY VIGIL she said we're going to sell to the highest offer so she had me sign the first offer was $360,000 then she had me sign for $330,000 then I said what about the first offer and she said forget about that so I started ignoring her calls so she showed up at my house and iasked why didn't we go wit the first offer and she said OH! We have to sell at fair market price and I looked it up and it was $365,000 . She doesn't know how close she was but I was talking with a probate investigator . And there was so much more.!!

I really appreciate the advice I received from the attorney regarding a probate case which saved me a lot of money.
