My mother (Gina) is currently using his services. She has expressed that Boris is an amazing attorney. He is very patient and understanding with her. His staff is also very helpful. I would recommend his law office to anyone looking for assistance in his field.

With respect to the review by Bruce Bacon below, he conveniently left out the fact that, without consulting me, he sent a hostile, inappropriate, and counterproductive letter directly to the Court-Appointed Attorney ("CAA") for his mother and, thereby, antagonized the "CAA" and thwarted my efforts to get the "CAA" on our side.

I have an 89 yr. old mom who's whereabouts is still unknown to our family and her friends. My brother who has power of health has moved her into isolation; obviously for financial and emotional reasons. But it's our mom we want to see, talk to, be with and to know she is alright. She is missing since February. So, I hired Boris Siegel to aid us with a conservatorship request. I now know hiring him was a mistake. He did not want to or could not make a case for our mom. He should have not taken our case and instead directed us to an elder abuse attorney, he didn't. Things went downhill from there. He is very good at filling out forms, you will find this out immediately. However once I signed his retainer agreement I saw his work slack off, and the cash register started ringing! He was very deliberate. He must be in control. But its hard to get sophistication from this approach, and his was minimal and simple. I asked him many times can you include support for our position he just laughed it off! My mom's was eating stale food, un changed sanitary, not bathed in months, long nails, and just confined. Boris said this is just average and basic, and not to worry. Then the opposition supplied pages and pages of well written documents. We had only a few sentences, and nothing from my mom's brother who is a energetic ER physician. The result was the court appointee did not have a clear picture. His suggestions to the judge supports continued abuse. Of course it was because Boris did not present this abuse. He didn't speak about my brother, who runs my mom's estate. Of course Boris clearly denies any feedback. Friends If you need energetic and sophisticated legal work maybe this guy is not for you! We have lost valuable time in our case. I recognized his approach is lacking in skills. His approach is: I am bigger and stronger than you so I am taking charge! This doesn't work when more is needed. I explained this to Boris and said no more and thank you, I do not need your services- this is not working! That was a month ago. The cash register still keeps ringing and he won't let it go! When I ask him to please stop harassing me, asking for more money and billing me. He would not stop. My mom is currently missing and her whereabouts unknown. His stuff didn't work and only caused us more stress.

I could never write a review elequent enough to Completely describe our experiences using Mr Siegel as Our attorney.in an extremely complicated case of my sociopathic sister Squatting in my deceased mothers home and Holding it for ransom. You would think the courts could protect you from such blatant Disregard for trust laws but beware! Get a good Lawer! Boris is an attorneys attorney. He is honest, forthright And compassionate. He will Not sugarcoat the outcome. My sisters attorneys viscously attached his character and the legality of Our main document and Boris’s document held up under the judge’s scrutiny and it was proven by the courts to be valid. Then after my wife’s mother passed, again one of her siblings is trying to sell a property below value To another beneficiary ( a clear no no in administering a trust) and we will rely on Boris’s Experience to help de-escalate the situation if Possible and ultimately defend the trust. I cannot say enough about Boris,Vicki and Debbie, they are like family to us now.

I love this Attorney. He is definately the Attorneys Attorney. He is 100% confident in his brilliant intelligence, compassionate and kind, smart smart smart guy. I am so glad i hired Boris.

8/1/2017 Attorney Boris Siegel is an attorney's attorney. He is the real deal. I had a complicated conservatorship case involving my mother and a crazy difficult sister who wanted to take it all the way to litigation. My former attorney told me he was not able to litigate and recommended I find another attorney. I called Mr. Siegel and his confidence and experience shined instantly on the ten minute phone call. I hired him immediately and I did not regret it. He ultimately got me control and my power of attorney was finally recognized by the nursing home and doctors, I was able to give my mother her wish of being a DNR and I had her relocated to a five star facility where she had her own room. At the same time I also hired him to represent me in a partition sale lawsuit against my unreasonable sister who ended up making the case last over one year by playing games like not showing up to deposition and asking for extensions. Mr. Siegel knew exactly how to deal with my difficult sister and when we finally went to trial his skills were so amazing that he was able to win the entire case for me to not only get me what I asked for in respect to the interest of the house but he also got me my ENTIRE ATTORNEY FEES PAID BACK TO ME from my sister through the sale proceeds of the house.
