I have nothing but great things to say about Cary as a person and as an attorney. I have been going through a terrible relationship and custody battle between my son’s father and his family… By FAR the best i interviewed with and ended up choosing was Cary Cliff. In just a short period of time in the consult he blew me away with his knowledge and personalized recommendations that he would be planning to use in my custody case , gave me in depth what would be the best interest of my son and didn’t jerk me around at all. He is very fairly priced compared to the other attorneys in the area that i interviewed with. He has ALWAYS returned my texts and calls promptly if he wasn’t able to answer at that moment, he has never not replied or listened to all of my questions or concerns or ideas and might i add he is successfully running a single attorney practice. This attorney knows what he’s talking about and does the best job at defending every single thing you want. I have experience with him defending me against multiple false baseless restraining orders that were thankfully dismissed and custody specifically so that’s all i can speak on, I'm still in the midst of the custody case but either way it turns out this guy has killed it at defending me and my sons best interest this far and i know he will do it until it is over. The law is the law and the outcome will be what it will be but having someone trustworthy and knowledgeable in your corner is so important when going through tough times like these. I wouldn’t want anyone else in me and my sons corner other than him!

Cary and the Team gave me my life back! Divorces are truly one of the ugliest times in a persons life and Cary guided me through this process with ease and peace of mind. You are able to have human, real-life conversations with Cary and never feel judged. Another part that isn’t really related to my case is that Cary teaches interns and I think that’s awesome thing to do! Highly recommend for a troublesome time in your life!

Carey drags things out to needlessly charge excessive billable hours. When we met for mediation he was totally unprepared, never read any of my emails I sent in preparation for mediation. I wouldn’t recommend him to my worst enemy.

I needed to gather my thoughts and honestly share my experience working with Cary Cliff. Let’s start with; Cary Cliff was the 3rd attorney I hired. I had been in a divorce process for over 2 yrs with no children involved. My last attorney took complete advantage of me, over litigated my case, set me up for two mediations with no avail and depleted my savings account. I was lucky enough to have a family member step in and help me hire Cary Cliff who took my case a month before trial. He took one binder with him in the courtroom while my ex husbands attorney came in with 8. The man is an absolute beast in the court room and he means business. My case was settled in less than 4 hours, I didn’t even have to testify. He is worth so much more than he even knows.
