Over the course of my criminal and family law case, he charged me an astonishing $100,000 and failed to appear at a single court date in the criminal court. His absence during these critical proceedings was not only alarming but detrimental to my case. I was embroiled in a situation involving false allegations, and Mr. Daniel assured me that he would triumphantly win my criminal case, promising that all charges would ultimately be dismissed. Unfortunately, his assurances proved hollow. This entire law firm operates in a way that feels fraudulent, and I am not alone in my concerns—Mr. Daniel has been reported to the state bar on several occasions. For those interested in confirming his standing, I recommend looking him up on the California State Bar website, where you can find relevant information that may highlight why he should be avoided. My experience has been nothing short of a financial and emotional burden, as he capitalized on my trust and left me without the support I desperately needed. It is important to note that, while my criminal case was eventually dismissed, I had to seek assistance from an entirely different law firm. Mr. Darrell Griffin took over my case and truly advocated for me, leading to the successful dismissal of all charges.
