Whatever you do please do not use this company this has been a complete nightmare not only did the attorney not contact us at all besides the night prior to the court hearing she didn't even show up for court and then turned around and blamed us because she couldn't get the time right we are in the middle of trying to get a refund they are making it impossible to return our money. It's been over a month we paid for a service we didn't receive this place is a total scam. I should have read the reviews before I went there I'm a firm believer now if it's too good to be true it's not true these people are quick to take your money help you with nothing save yourself the headache do not go with them

Avoid Marble Legal – Incompetent Family Law Attorneys & Terrible Service My experience with Marble Legal and Family Law Attorney Kenneth Stanton was a complete disaster. Their lack of legal knowledge, failure to follow court rules, and refusal to correct their mistakes have caused me significant financial and emotional distress. • Serious legal mistakes were made in my family law case, which could have been avoided if the attorney had done his job properly. • Instead of taking responsibility, the attorney withdrew from my case and left me to deal with the consequences. • Marble Legal refuses to fix their errors or issue a refund, despite clear evidence of their negligence. • Their customer service is terrible, and they only seem to care about billing clients rather than providing competent legal representation. • Because of their mistakes, I now have to spend thousands of dollars hiring another attorney to fix the mess they created. I will be reporting them to the State Bar Association and pursuing legal action to recover my losses. Save yourself the stress—DO NOT hire Marble Legal! Run away while you can!

Met David marble at a club in Mexico in 2003. Great guy. Probably a good lawyer. No idea.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Marble. They charged me $2,300 for merely three hours of paralegal work, which feels like a blatant overcharge. The contract they provided was very restrictive, limiting the scope of their services significantly. Any additional assistance or inquiry outside of this narrow scope resulted in requests for more payment, which was frustrating. I found it particularly problematic that direct communication with my attorney was nearly impossible, leaving me without the necessary legal support. Additionally, their assistant service was unreliable, often disconnecting and providing little to no assistance when needed. It seemed like their eagerness and responsiveness only lasted until I signed the contract, after which their support and communication drastically declined. I strongly advise against spending any money on their services. Their approach felt more like a scheme to collect fees rather than providing the comprehensive legal support I expected.

if I could give this 0 stars I would. Representation is the worst. If you are looking to lose use them! No communication with your attorney as they will never respond to you. The financial department will NEVER respond, and they charge you without any explanation of fees. They take your money and run. Don't use them.

UNPROFESSIONAL & UNPREPARED law firm. I put a $1200 deposit thinking that this would be the start to me getting the desperate help I needed in a family law matter. I tried uploading my documents and evidence more than four times and their website was not working. Mind you everything else on my phone works perfectly. I asked more than three times for a bilingual lawyer only to received an only English speaking lawyer. They transfer you to so many people and do not keep good communication in between their team. When I spoke to the lawyer, which was less than 10 minutes now they are now trying to charge me $750 plus the lawyer never took initiative in asking me questions and his vibe was so off it was unprofessional. They are now charging me the next months due which is about $200 when I had canceled this two weeks in starting my help with them because I didn’t think they were the right fit after the red flags. This law firm has only given me another stress to deal with so if you’re going to look for help, they will tell you they will give you the best prices but I completely recommend that you also look elsewhere and don’t be like me, and believe them when they tell you what you want to hear. I feel like they’re just trying to squeeze me out of my money when nothing was done on my case and I never signed any contract. I am really disappointed in myself for not looking somewhere else before I made my final decision.

I had a scheduled call with them and dedicated an hour of my time to the call they scheduled. I see why the reviews are so horrible now! They never called me at all or canceled, and wasted my time. People like this are bad for the economy.

I would never recommend marble to anyone I had a terrible experience with Lawyer Svetlana cutoure.. She was very short and rude. Then after trying to fix communication issues they terminated me before even trying to fix anything or get anything done with my case. I am in the middle of trying to get a re-fund. Iv payed almost 1,000 towards her and nothing has been done with my case, then I get terminated for they're communication issues. I will say most of the paralegals were awesome and very helpful...the Lawyers in the other hand were not.
