I did a consultation with Ms. Torres about a legal matter I needed an opinion on. First I was screened by her legal aid who did a good job of asking questions and providing preliminary information. Then I spoke on the phone with Ms. Torres for about 45 minutes - she was very knowledgeable, reasonable, patient, and gave me a detailed, no-nonsense expert opinion.
