She doesn't answer questions, and I'm surprised by the rating she's received in previous reviews, since in my case she showed no interest at all. Her attitude was terrible; I don't recommend her at all. She doesn't explain how the process works, she doesn't answer questions, and she's very arrogant and unprofessional. Don't be swayed by the reviews; go and see for yourselves. For me, it was the worst experience I've ever had with a lawyer.

Attorney Esperanza took on the challenge of filing my QDRO after my divorce. The firm responsible for disbursement had rejected my previous attempts. I met with her and she quickly drew up and filed my docs with the court. Within two weeks my case was signed by the judge and were ready to be sent to the company firm. My case was approved and shortly thereafter my funds were transferred to me! She was very patient and provided professional advice. Will definitely keep her in mind for future cases that may arise.

I was looking for a reliable lawyer and she was recommender by someone so I called & the gentleman in the front told me I could come in to meet with her the same day so I did she was coughing & looked like she had a rough day and proceeded to give me 20 minutes to explain my case and was told she couldn’t take it before telling me I had to pay a $60 consultation fee which i almost didn’t want to pay for the simple fact that I only had 20 min in her office and she was coughing everywhere. But I did then she manually enters all my credit card information in her computer and proceeds to charge be almost $10 over & says oh they charge a processing fee!! almost $10??!!!! I said I wish you would have mentioned that I would have paid cash!!! Lawyers can be such rip offs

She is an excellent person and REALLY KNOWS WHAT TO DO NEXT…the best choice for great advice helped me in reaffirming my steps !!!THANK YOU!!!

Worst real estate experience with this attorney. Doesn’t even do the small things and we suffered in the end because of her unethical actions. Doesn’t care about clients or due diligence.

I don’t understand how this place has so much good reviews. Maybe she’s good on a different subject but definitely not what my dad went to her for. Would she show up to courts yes. But didn’t even follow up or even try to fight for my dad’s case. My dad paid her every penny it was just a Waste of time and money. Or if she wasn’t good at cases like my dad’s then she should’ve just said she couldn’t handle it..
