I was in Dallas for a conference, when I took a fall at the venue and broke my foot. When I got back to NC I was able to think about the negligence of the venue as they left equipment on the floor, as well as the treatment after my fall which was not how it should have been. From the first conversation they agreed that I should be compensated and they were willing to take my case on. Molly Scott was assigned my case and has been amazing to work with. There are times of silence, but that is the judicial system and the process, has nothing to do with the service of the law firm. If I reach out to Molly, she answers me with what she knows at the time, even if it is nothing! When I flew to Dallas for deposition I was greeted like an old friend and Molly supported me and prepared me for the process. There is no doubt that I got lucky when I chose this firm and even luckier when Molly was assigned my case.
