Marc has been my lawyer on a few unfortunate occasions in my recent history. Nobody likes to be in court regardless of what side you are on. I will say that the difference between a regular lawyer and a fantastic lawyer that you can win with every time is that a regular lawyer understands your side of the case and tells you what case you have.... but a fantastic lawyer knows how to get that story out in a courtroom where you can only answer the questions your lawyer asks you. You cannot just narrate your story like on Judge Judy. You have to let the lawyer narrate it. Marc is the best I ever hired who was able to get our point across in the short amount of time given on the stand. If you follow what he says and act like you are supposed to them Marc will get you the best possible outcome of any circumstance you are in for the most reasonable price I have ever encountered. He has absolutely embarrassed people going against me on almost every occasion. Most recently I used him to get custody of my son which isn't a very likely scenario in today's world for a man but we did it in less than a month in between summer break.

We met him after hours so my husband didn't have to take off work, he seemed nice said he was going to help us. We gave him all our money and never respresented us. He stole our money when we down and out. Never showed up to court or returned our calls. I highly suggest finding another lawyer. This happened in 2012, in Collin county. We paid cash and was obviously too trusting. We called you and then met you at your office and then you never would answer our calls or return them. We called several times and still held out hope you would show up as we sat and waited for you in the court house. I am not confused.
