Mark is professional and truly organized. When I needed to communicate with Mark he either answered the phone or called back in a reasonable time. It is the second time we had to use Mark. My wife previously used his services with an excellent outcome. Mark is completely committed to his clients from start to finish. Thanks so much Mark. I would highly recommend Mark for his services. This was a slip and fall case. Again a job well done.
