Matt handled my daughter’s personal injury case resulting from a road rage incident. She was a minor at the time and so I took the lead. She became an adult as the case progressed but Matt still kept me in the loop (with daughter’s permission). The adverse insurance company initially claimed they were not responsible. The incident was recorded (driver, car and license plate) and Matt coordinated with law enforcement, courts and both insurance companies. By the time it all settled, the adverse insurance company paid the limits of their policy and our insurance company paid a settlement under our underinsured motorist coverage.
