Robert Fiedler of Newington Ct was my divorce lawyer for 5 years. I was very naive going through this experience, but my hindsight is 20/20. I fired Robert for his complete incompetence with my case. I shouldnt even have a case! He intentionally gave the case to my ex and her lawyer. He never EVER gave me one inch of advice in all of 5 years, nor ever defended me in any way, and let my pathological liar of an ex wife run a complete game on him. He doesnt have a leg to stand on when it comes to tooth and nail, because this guy likes to make innappropriate sexual comments to women. Go read his yelp reviews and tell me you want this guy standing next to you in front of a judge... One of my friends worked at the daycare he took his kids to way back when. She said he was VERY innappropriate with all the women who worked there. He himself, on a court date, told me he thought my ex wife was very attractive. Read that again, and ask me why I didnt fire him right then and there. I was completely coerced to sign my last agreement by this moron who calls himself a lawyer. I am presently filing a grievance against him. I could go on forever about his incompetence. I have to hire another lawyer to go back and properly take care of my case.

This attorney was once a Very caring and honest person. However, after a decade he has certainly lost the edge and his roots. It is very sad, but, I do very much wish him peace and love.

Attorney Fiedler handled our case on very short notice, was attentive, and patient. He took great care to educate me on the process and what options were available, as well as the potential ramifications for each path. Attorney Fiedler is a consummate professional. I would gladly reccomend him to anybody dealing with family court matters.

I'd definitely recommend Robert for any legal matter. He helped me on a citation I received on my CDL that would've impacted it badly. Robert was respectful sincere and reasonable. Giving me a short lesson on the process adding "I'll try my best on this to get it reduce or points taken off but I can't promise you anything being that it's a serious offense". I completely understood and appreciated his honesty. Hoping for the best but expecting the worse I would've never imagined that this good service would've been a perfect one. Back in March, we had 2 tickets in the Connecticut area. The tickets would have affected our trucking insurance and our DOT records. We were then referred to Robert Fiedler, to help with our case. After seeing the reviews, we were kind of doubting the capacities of Mr. Fiedler. But when we called him, he was very knowledgeable in working with trucking companies, telling us what kind of documents to send him so he could represent us. Based in Indiana, we were also not sure about if we should be in Connecticut for our court hearing, or not. But Robert told us "I got this", so we knew we were in the right hands. Our hearing was on a Friday August 24th, 2018, we did not have to travel to Connecticut. All the communication with Robert was through email and phone. The following Monday August 27th, 2018, when we called him, he let us know that he managed to have the case dismissed without any effect on our DOT records, and that we only had to pay $100 to the Connecticut court instead of the original $850 that were our tickets :-) ******** We would definitely recommend Robert Fiedler to anyone who has a ticket in Connecticut. He was very rude to me on he phone.. and every time I tried talking he said “ excuse me I’m not done talking” Like seriously..!!! I’m trying to pay YOU to defend me and ur acting like ur against me.!!!! sooo rude...! And I don’t want a response back from him or anyone from his office..
