Then had trustee meeting 10/17/25. Then was discharged by 01/20/2026! It was the easiest, smoothest thing ever, and they helped me out every single step of the way. This firm has now sent a BK notice to my credit card companies and my mortage company. Only catch I am not filing BK. They claim they are not doing this but yet I now have 3 creditors suspending my accounts because a BK filed by this attorney. I call and they claim they are not sending out any notices; yet now it's 3 claiming they are so... Clients beware seems like they have some pretty bad case managment or paperwork. UGHH
