Not profesional people

He seems to be very honest because he could find information and just with that. I would justify his fees. Instead, he provided me with resources to find out by myself, and if needed, he can represent me. He also explained the process. Others were charging me upfront, and he (Mr Sergio) just a consultation fee. Therefore, in the case that I needed a representation in court, he would be the one I prefer.

They never responded

I did not get a chance to speak with Mr. Benavides. I appreciate that Mr. Benavidas will not offer free legal advice - I in fact commend him on focusing his time on the clients who are paying him, I dont think it is appropriate that his team will not answer basic questions such as the average cost of a K1 visa or whether they charge for manual visa work at a paralegal hourly rate or a lawyer hourly rate. These are not legal questions, these are billing questions that should not require a paid consultation. The Visa processes can have some chance of higher cost based on the complexity but the basic process does not have a lot of variation so the assertion that there can be no pricing guidance doesn't line up with reality. As I read other reviews where potential clients could not agree on a price I am concerned I will pay $250 only to find out that his services are more expensive than others.
