I highly recommend Theresa Nguyen and her associate Jason for their outstanding service in handling my urgent deed transfer. On Friday, May 23, 2025, I contacted them to help me with a deed transfer, a process typically taking one to two weeks. Despite the Memorial Day weekend, they scheduled me for Monday, May 26, completed all documentation flawlessly that same day, and submitted it the next day—exceeding expectations without any errors or extra charges for the urgency. Their communication was exceptional, with phone calls returned within hours, and their genuine care and professionalism made the experience a pleasure. Theresa, Gian and Jason’s professionalism and dedication to customer service is truly remarkable, and I’m grateful for their efficiency and support.

UPDATE 10/7/2023: The initial partial return was returned 10/2, I received the last portion in my account on 10/4. I have changed my rating as I told them I would, if I received the rest of my money. I will let the reader make their own conclusion on the gap in time of the returned money. DO NOT pay ahead of time, it is a scam. I asked for two services, they said that they could do both. They required that the hour consultation need to be paid up front, and any additional billable time would be charged later. They then called me the next day and said that they could not help me with what I needed. I said fine and asked them to return my money. I was then told that they would not return the entire charge. They have returned some but refused to return the whole thing. Spend a little more time researching and find yourself an ethical lawyer.

However, your text message did say you would remove the review once you received the remainder since it was based on a misunderstanding. As you saw when we shared screenshots, within 45 minutes of you requesting a refund, a full refund was initiated, yet the credit card processor deposited them 2 days apart, which was out of our control. <br><br>In 45 minutes, our office accomplished 1) Receiving your request for a refund, 2) Initiating the 95% refund for a cancellation per the terms, 3) A discussion between our front desk and management to override the terms due to special circumstances and 4) Initiating a refund for the remainder balance.<br><br>Unfortunately, you did ask for a refund at 4:30PM on a Friday, which was probably the reason why the credit card processors took so long to refund your money. I understand that it is very upsetting and even infuriating to feel as though you have been wronged and that's why we put a lot of emphasis on customer service and doing the right thing. <br><br>We should've taken steps to ensure that we've gotten in touch with you and directly told you what was happening. However, it was late and after hours on a Friday and we were unable to reach you so our front desk left a voicemail instead. Unfortunately, that voicemail never reached you.<br><br>Again, we appreciate the opportunity to serve you. We're sorry things didn't go as planned or intended. Our records show that both transactions were made available to you on 09/30. It would be much appreciated if you were to check your records to verify that you have received your full refund. <br><br>And since your review was based on a misunderstanding, it would be much appreciated be you would kindly remove this 1-star review.<br><br>We will also contact you shortly to discuss this matter in private.
