My mom has been trying to get information regarding her case and she just has questions but every time she gets transferred to the person on her case the lady is always rude to her. Her name is Sylvia, she's always cutting my mom off and belittling her. I genuinely don't know how she's still employed there with the way she talks to people.
They help me and did a good job they were very polite and kind definitely will give them a call again thank you very much
