Colleen was wonderful from the beginning. Honest, forthcoming, and sincere. She took the time to discuss my situation over the phone and took my unemployment case when other offices I had contacted would not. She was able to build an additional case in addition to that one. I highly recommend working with her.

My case was won, however with no help from this lawyer. I did ALL of the work, I sent ALL documents in, I RETRIEVED all documents from the other party, and provided them to this lawyer. Colleen assisted with telling me how to rewrite a letter, that I already wrote and submitted, and that was the only guidence/input I got from her, her paralegal Melanie did all the rest. I was charged an outrageous amount of money for emails and phone calls, so my retainer was completely depleted save some $200. When I got the final decision about my case, I tried contacting the office several times, several ways, they never responded, and just sent the check for the remaining money they didn't use for pointless reasons. The reason why, because I asked Colleen how much of her work and time went into the case, and of course that ruffled some feathers, with a woman who is too prideful, of her mediocre lawyer skills. When I searched for a lawyer, this company was promoted and advertised on Google. Don't do what I did, research, and look for a quality lawyer, not some lazy, careless lawyer who claims to win her cases. Based on my experience, I am sure the clients deserve all the credit. I would say thanks for your help, but I already gave myself a pat on the back. Take care !
