The case took 3 years, but they're good. The only thing they need to improve is communication; they need to provide updates on the progress of the case. That's all... But overall, good service.

I'm very disappointed in Elena, who promises a lot and does nothing. She doesn't answer phone calls, doesn't respond to text messages, and two years have passed, and my case is closed. I asked her to send me the contract I signed with her so that another lawyer could handle it, but she never sent it. I've called her repeatedly, six months have passed, and she hasn't answered or sent anything. Don't contact her, you'll only waste your time.

If I could give negative stars, I would give the max. My dad had the worst experience!!! Everything that could go wrong, went wrong!!!! Never picks up the phone, never calls back, drags the case on for couple years and then tells you that it's past the time limit and she needs to close it. My dad asked for all the files so he can hire someone else, but she never sent them, he asked multiple times. She makes promises but no progress. I can go on and on with how horrible she is. So the only thing I would say is STAY AWAY!!!!! She never won no case and my dad was left with nothing and he was told that is was a easy case to win since the car accident was not his fault and that was proven.

I was just Googling for any Law Office in the Seattle area that would be able to help me clarify my doubts about EAD Card Renewal. It is my lucky day to come across Elena's Law Office here in Bellevue today. I called the reception, and they connected me right away. I chatted with Elena for about a couple of minutes, and 30 minutes later, my problem is solved. Moreover, she did not charge me for this consultation whatsoever and send me an email with all the details and information I needed in my case. Honestly, I have never met a person who will just help me without receiving anything in exchange. I am impressed! I am so touched that there are still people out there that will just help when in need. And you may think that this is not a big deal, but for me it is huge. I have been trying to reach out to other Law Offices for weeks and they would never get back to me. When it is an urgent matter even a day is a lot, and here my problem was fixed in less than 30 minutes. I am extremely grateful and happy that I called their office.
