Three years ago, I initiated a case on behalf of my daughter, who was two years old at the time. After three years with no communication, I was unexpectedly contacted by Amanda, a case manager, who informed me that the representative we had previously worked with was no longer with the firm. She began asking several questions, and I directed her to speak with my wife for further details. During her conversation with my wife, she requested our daughter’s Social Security number. I later called to ask why this information was necessary. Initially, she stated it was required for medical records. She then said it was needed for tax deduction purposes. Finally, she claimed it was a requirement of the law firm. The inconsistent explanations raised serious concerns. When I asked if there was a manager I could speak with, she stated that the only person above her was the attorney and said the attorney would call me the following day. No one called. After I followed up again, I was suddenly told there was a manager named Benjamin. I spoke with him, and he assured me the attorney would contact me. When I eventually spoke with the attorney, the interaction was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. The level of communication and conduct did not reflect the standards one would expect from a reputable law firm. I am very concerned about the lack of transparency, inconsistent information, and overall unprofessional handling of this matter.

They work with you as much as they can as long as you do your part you know that they are doing their part.
