My experience with this law firm was highly unsatisfactory. I was involved in a No Fault accident where I was rear-ended, and the case initially appeared clear-cut. However, it turned out that the person responsible for the accident had no insurance, resulting in me receiving only the minimum insurance payout. Regrettably, Mr. Vargas did not show interest in pursuing the individual's private assets to secure compensation for my pain and suffering. Furthermore, I found myself consistently initiating contact and inquiries about the case's progress. Each time I attempted to speak with Mr. Vargas, I was informed that he was in court, forcing me to resort to email correspondence and wait for his responses. After some time, I was assigned another lawyer from his firm who seemed uninformed about my case, requiring me to provide a detailed explanation of the entire situation, which I found quite absurd. Following this experience, Mr. Vargas resumed handling my case. I had clearly communicated my preference to deal exclusively with Mr. Vargas as my point of contact within their firm. In summary, my overall experience with this law firm was nothing but a hassle. Despite the impressive appearance of their offices, the service they provided was far from impressive. While their staff was friendly and helpful, I did not get that level of support. I am extremely dissatisfied with the outcome of my case. In my opinion, considering the amount of work Mr. Vargas performed, he did not deserve 1/3 of the compensation I received from my insurance company. Furthermore, Mr. Vargas billed separately for miscellaneous expenses, significantly reducing the final amount I received. It is imperative to exercise caution when signing the contract and avoid agreeing to additional miscellaneous costs; Mr. Vargas should have received only 1/3 of the reward.

The end came when I had to persistently inquire about the settlement, even waiting a month before they mentioned the necessary paperwork. The promised proficiency in communication, personally vouched for by Mr. Vargas, turned out to be deceptive. Choosing this firm proved to be a significant disappointment.
