14 years ago Gabriel gave me simple and honest legal guidance. Last year on my way to work I was in a major motorcycle accident, snapped my left femur, shattered my right knee, broke my left wrist, and sprained my right wrist. I was almost like those cartoons where someone gets hurt and they wrap them up in a full body cast, I was completely broken and useless, both emotionally and physically. April 20th of 2017 I was in a pretty serious motorcycle accident. The Law Offices of Gabriel H Avina was there for me literally the following day and every day since, until just recently when he case finally settled. I was told from the beginning it would be a long fight but that they would be there to support me every step of the way - they absolutely did not let me down. Throughout the the entire journey there were multiple aggressive negotiation (none of which I had to do any work at all) with not only the insurance company, but also with the medical companies. Every step of the way I was informed of all my choices and options and they always let me decide which way to take the case. Galina was the woman I dealt with mostly and she was amazing. She never allowed me to go more than a day without hearing back from her. Anything that I didn’t understand, she explained to me very clearly and thoroughly - which I appreciated as I’ve never “hired a lawyer” before. I didn’t have to pay anything out of pocket, as part of the settlement went to them which was really nice for me because I didn’t have to stress over money during the litigations. 10/10 would hire again, however my goal is to never talk to them again because if I do it means I was probably in another motorcycle accident.
