There’s someone impersonating your law office. Alan Davis (323) 767-1005 he’s using all your information except the number is different. Had I not had my lawyer look at the fake setttlement papers, I would have been scammed out of hundreds of dollars. That’s probably not his real name but I tried to tell the secretary and she didn’t want to hear me out.

They don't provide the services that they advertise.

In any circumstances, don't give them your CC info. They going to trying charge it no matter what.

From my personal experience all I can say in one word is they are the BEST. My car insurance keep me in the dark. Then I got a letter from them my car insurance were I'm supposedly not answering their phone calls. I will call my car insurance I never got a call back from them or an email. I wanted an email since they would not answering me. Ownestly I was scared that my car insurance was doing it on purpose so they would not pay. I wen to see them and they were very professional. They explained everything to me. Over the phone they told me bring a copy of your insurance and what are you paying for and your doctor bill's. I told them I got full coverage and coverage from uninsured motorist for the doctor bill I would take what I hade. I show my proof to them and the lawyer was like really they are doing that. I was like yeah and I showed them the letter from the insurance. The lawyer said they just don't want to pay. He said don't worry we will take care of it. Then I was like dam I should of save all the proof that I pay out of my pocket for the doctor. They send me to see a doctor which it was very professional and the staff was super helpful also. Once everything was done I got a call from them. Told me you're insurance decided to settle do you wan to settle I was like yeah. So I wen from scared and having pain to having extra cash and most important no pain. Do I recommend them HELL YEAH 💯% I do.

I had a horrible experience with the law firm’s customer’s service. I called back as asked by one of the employees. While discussing the matter, the employee was rude, lacked of customer service and above all hung up on me before i could even put a word within this discussion. Being a law firm, I would’ve assumed they had the proper knowledge and training to approach more difficult matters. However, this firm does not answer to such criteria by far. Entirely disappointed and will avoid dealing with them in the future.

Very pleased with Law Services we have received over the past 30 years. My father introduced us to Gilbert and team back in the 90's. They have been there fighting for there clients as needed.
