In December 2024, I was hit by a car while crossing with the light at an intersection. My femur, pelvis and ribs were broken. I am a retired attorney but litigation and, in particular, personal injury, is not my areas of expertise. A friend, who used Howard to represent her in an injury case, recommended him. I was in two bad accidents in the last couple years and went to Howard for both. Howard is a shark, with decades of experience, which is exactly what you want in a lawyer. With that said, because of his experience, he isn't necessarily on the pulse of what it's like to go through this process for the very first time (which I'd consider to be a good thing.) I didn't understand the process very well, which was unsettling at times, but Jack, one of Howard's associates, always did a great job of breaking things down for me in a way that was easy for me to understand. The best thing you can do, is trust what they tell you to do, and if you want to understand the "why" behind things -- ask Jack. She is compassionate and kind, but also brilliant / intelligent. Anna is also very kind and accommodating. I would definitely recommend them if you find yourself in an accident. My only suggestion would be for them to create a one pager in layman's terms with what to expect from the process, to help onboard new clients with ease. I am grateful for everything Howard, Jack, Anna, and team have done for me.
