I can no longer recommend Attorney O’Donnell. For years, I trusted him with my CDL-related traffic matters, and he always managed to protect my record. Because of that trust, I hired him for a serious situation where my neighbor assaulted me and I ended up in court for defending myself. I brought him everything—videos, letters, police reports—clear evidence showing I was being harassed and antagonized long before the incident. None of it was used in court. Not a single piece. This was my first time ever dealing with criminal court, and despite having a completely clean record, I walked away with probation and a label that now makes me look like a criminal. It’s devastating and completely avoidable. I trusted him to defend me. If I had known he wouldn’t present the evidence that proved my side of the story, I would have gone to another attorney. Seeing his other clients with far worse charges walk out with lighter sentences than mine lest me feeling unrepresented. I’m deeply disappointed and will no longer be using his services
