I called several times between July and October and was told I am on the list to be called. Jason never called. Horrible!!!

I called Jason's office this morning looking for a quote on a severance package. I was transferred directly to Jason who took about 5 minutes to speak with me on the phone, ask a few questions, and give a quick rundown of information. I was not charged for this service and he was friendly and helpful in a short amount of time. I can't speak to a full-blown case with Jason, but I was impressed with and appreciative of our phone call.

Jason Smith helped me back in 2018 with employment concerns. He got me back where I needed to be. I find myself back in a difficult position again with the same employer and he took time out of his schedule to listen. He told me what to focus on and what to let go. Then he got me on a path that will hopefully have an excellent outcome. For employment law he is the number one attorney I would tell other to contact. He isn't going to steer you wrong because he listens and cares! In today's world that means a lot.
