Jerry has been practicing law for over 35 years. There is no substitute for that breadth of experience. He is also a Board Certified Criminal Defense lawyer. The majority of those who practice criminal law do not take the time or expend the effort to become "board certified." Jerry employs an extraordinarily talented team, including a knowledgeable, former DMV manager, who assists clients with drivers license issues that result from criminal charges. Jerry is thorough, yet efficient. He takes his time with clients and makes their concerns a top priority. He is committed to practicing ethically and treating his clients with dignity and respect.

For me, being arrested was a difficult and trying time. I was embarrassed and "shopped" several criminal defense lawyers before choosing Jerry. I can say without hesitation choosing Jerry (and his team) was the right decision. In addition to the amazing legal talent that comes with hiring the Law Offices of Jerry Berry, I never felt judged or condemned for my mistake. Jerry was honest and upfront with me, while treating me with dignity and respect. I was pleased with result of my case, but more pleased with how I was treated. Unlike other Naples lawyers, during the initial consultation I never felt like he was trying to "sell" me. He doesn’t make empty promises and he takes his time explaining everything. My concerns were addressed thoroughly and with the utmost competence.
