3 out if the 4 bills we have received were padded extra charges. One phone conversation he charged 3 times the actual length and another bill he charged us twice what he said he would verbally to us.

I have worked with John and Karen several times. Their place is cozy, as it is an older home repurposed as an office. He has a good demeanor and was good to work with him when we had two meetings. My biggest problem is with his bills. Our initial consultation was charged, not the first month’s bill but was snuck into the second month’s bill and the time in which he charged me to get things done is atrocious. Just lately he charged me 24 minutes for a 6.5 minute phone call ($100 difference) and the final straw is he said he would charge me $175 to send a letter out (which I supplied him in in email) and he charged me twice that amount.

Very professional. Achieved the results we were looking for. Every court date had a summary that was mailed within a week of the appearance. Nice to be able to look back and what was going on with each court date.
